Yes. We could have tied him over the bonnet. But this was in Yosemite so maybe someone

would get upset about that.

The bear was small smart though. Everyone was telling us the chances of actually seeing a bear were next to nil. We paid our ticket at the entrance to Yosemite and less than 5 minutes later the bear crossed the road (close in front but not as close as the deer).

Was there 3 days but didn't see another one, natch.
