Ben, I think you are right, but if you Ban the loans

That leaves everyone below the prem scraping for the same average players.
All that would achieve is to further increase the gap between prem and Champ.

It might change, after a foo yars of keeping players that they'll never use, and destroying their development, the prem clubs MAY change.
But why both? Its all about the money to them, what do they care if the ruin a few young careers along the way? At least no one else got to have a player they MIGHT have wanted eh?
