IMO, you'd find them buying the same players and beefing up the reserve leagues. Look at Real Madrid and Castilla. They buy players that might make it and sit them in their reserves.

Now admittedly, Castilla play in the main league in Spain but the principle is the same. If you have the money to buy lots at relatively low prices and let the come through, you will.
