If loans costs as much as we are lead to believe

I have to say I am a bit annoyed with signings such as this Grounds fellow. He won't get a game apart from the odd substitution along the way and we will end up thinking "well that was a waste of time" a la Henry, Gibbs etc. Loans that will clearly play alot are great but ones to sit on the bench I don't agree with.
