some twunt grassed me up to the broadsfuzz

i parked my boat up not intending to use it this year in private moorings and i got a letter from hq broads fuzz telling me to pay my broads licence or i'd be keel hauled. i rungem and told them it was on private moorings and i wunt be setting sail this year due to the back falling off a bit and they said (with glee) "the moorings may be private but the water is ours!" quite how she refrained from adding in a big "YARRRR!!" at the end is still a source of dissappointment to this day if i'm honest. i wouldn't have minded paying up so much then.
