Techie Help please, Firefox 3.0.1

I've just upgraded to Firefox 3.0.1 and i can't play the video highlights from Virgin or play Anglia clips.

They both worked before

does it need windows media player 11? I suppose firefox will have it's own

Load it in windows explorer?

I'm using Firefox 3.0.1 and it works OK for me.
