Haven't posted anything lengthy for ages

but thought I would tonight as I think tomorrow might be a crucial day.
Have seen a couple of the performances this season and I do feel that we have to give Roeder much credit. City fans (me included) have often been guilty in the past of criticising hoofball and this season we have certainly been pleasing to watch.

Of course, we need to score more goals and some of the misses (Hoolahan and Lupoli vs. Blackpool, Cureton a couple of times) have been hard to watch and to believe., but really Roeder has got us playing football worth watching.

We have also slated City teams that 'rolled over' away from home and this is another thing the manager seems to have addressed; we have become more difficult to beat. So hope full no more debacles like Wolves and Plymouth away last season which were just embarrassing to watch.

So, whilst I am frustrated by how long it's taken to get in a big front man, and whilst I think we have perhaps been too choosy (we might have had 3 or 4 more points by now) if we get the right sort of player in tomorrow we could be a serious force in this division. The back four is the best we've had since promotion and the midfield looks more balanced than for years (despite the unconvincing Fotheringham) hence my optimism).
