What I am saying is this

Adding a pre-qualifying round is not needed. The current qualification system works well: the team that finishes bottom is s**t and deserves to; the team that tops the group has earned the right and deserves to qualify.

Frankly, what is the point when the current system appears to be good enough at weeding out the crap and preventing them from qualifying for the European champions etc?
