Come on then wise one - prey tell where have I made a generalisation?

All I said was that for 2 days a year when the Notting Hill Carnival is on it is notable living in West London that groups of drunken youths suddenly appear loitering on street corners and cruising around in their cars with their stereo's blazing.

I know this because I live there, am kept awake by them, hear the constant sirens, have to walk past them on the street on my way back from the tube and have them sat outside my house swigging booze.

My feelings above are backed up by the fact that there was basically a full on riot in Ladbroke Grove last night for about 3 hours and various other large groups of youths arrested in various parts of London nowhere near Notting Hill.

All I pointed out was if this was football fans people would be calling for the event to be banned or something to be done.

Precisely who am I generalising about?
