Introduced affiliate and affinity marketing programmes ahead of many of the bigger clubs.
Brought in increasingly large sponsorship deals.
Introduced things like ' the business' to get more money for match day events.
I may have questions about the way the club is run but I don't think the marketing of it can be deemed to be anything other than effective.
