Have you ever been to the Aviva call centres? I have - both in India and in the UK and none of them smell of curry. That's just a lazy post which makes you seem a little silly.
You'll be interested to know that all call centre sales and first notification of loss calls will be handled in the UK soon - there will still be calls to India after the first claim phone call, but the first call will be within the UK.
