No I?ve always been London based, and never played hockey in for a Norfolk club. I played for Harrow and also Hampstead in my time, but I?ve now retired.

I recall Tony Martin mentioned that he played in goal for England U21 and England in the late nineties or early 2000. I tried googling England hockey goalkeepers but I still don?t know who he is. I presume he is something to do with Harleston Magpies.

I was in the England U21 indoor squad in 1982/83 season, thought I was lucky to be selected to be honest. Some of the squad members went on to win gold medals in Seoul 1988, a few were superb players and destined for the top, but I wasn?t one of them
