Carrow Rd regulars, your views please

Given our lack of goals from midfield I am surprised that Chadwick has not been given a chance & seems to be totally frozen out.
Whenever I have seen him play he has always seemed to have a 'spark' about him, can attack defenders and, get this, can even score goals.
Am I missing something that those that have seen him play more often can identify?
