Whatever happend to the six second rule?

When the rules were changed to allow keepers unlimited steps, they had to get rid of the ball in 6 seconds. In the little incident with Rusty and the Pool keeper in the second half, I counted 12 elephants from the keeper picking up the ball to him trying to kick. For most of that time Rusty was well clear of him and clearly not impeding him, but instead of us getting a free kick they got one and Rusty got booked.

Once again a keeper being over-protected.
