Yeah - and I've tried the commentary via Media Player and that's not working either

I've spoken to support about it before and they advised me to update my firewall settings, but I'm still having problems.

I'm sure it's a local thing on my machine but I've done everything suggested by support and it still doesn't work more often than it does. :(
