Matter of opinion, isn't it?

Ben's opinion is that he's a dick, so he's banned him. You disagree. However, Ben runs the site. Therefore he can ban someone he considers to be a dick. If you want to ban people you consider to be dicks, set up your own forum, and then you can ban them.
