Buck always stops with the Manager

Roeder may bemoan the lack of finishing from his front players but it is he who buys/loans the players and he who picks the team and decides tactics.

Last season we had Dion, Hucks and of course Ched weighing in with the goals. If, as the latest reports seem to suggest, Rosenborgs do not want to let Iversen go then Roeder needs to move on.
