The "live commentry" button does seem to work from the home page (goes to another page and the "commentry" buttons don't connect)...

I noticed tho', you can click;

news (menu) > news front page (menu item)

Scroll to the bottom - click "live", then enter the match console and do it normally... *why* they don't make this easier (or just make the front page work) I don't know. Obviously you need an account!
