today i've selected homemade ham and salad sarnie, including granary bread, anchor butter, hellmans mayo, spinach leaves, spring onion, cherry tomatoes...

mug of coffee, packet of walkers ready slated, then slice of mates birthday cake from sat'dee!!!

make lunch, not war xxx
