Just back from Cov

We should have buried them by h/t. Some sublime passing and moving with Wes at the heart of it all. Solid defending, Kennedy was very impressive. Stefanovic was very lucky to stay on after clattering Tabb. Enough chances created to have been two nil up.

Second half. It looked a very soft pen to give away, and it was Cov?s first shot on target. We weren?t as good. The game got niggly and very slow as Cov wasted time, fell over whenever they could.

Straight after Crofty?s shot/cross/abortion of a miss should have seen us back at 1-1, we seemed to fade after that. OJ?s one on one miss was also bad but it was a fab save from their keeper.

Should have a pen when Wes was fouled.

We didn?t deserve to lose, let alone give away a second.

Plus points
Fozzy and Klingon tacked hard and closed down well
Stefanovic and Kennedy both look very sold
Wes looks class, always looking for something different

Minus points
Crofty?s final ball
The finishing
Lack of creativity from the midfield, apart from Wes.

Good support from the Yellow Army and the Cov fans only started singing at 2-0

Summary
We will play much worse and win. Cov will play much better and lose. Not too down hearted, but we need a new striker quick
