What is everyones problem with Ameobi?

I think people should have a look at his record for Newcastle (second top scorer in Europe in their history), 5 in 10 starts at the end of 2006-2007, and 6 in 12 in 2005-2006. Add to this 7 goals for the u21's in 20 appearances.

If he does join us, which I sincerely hope he does, I think he will be a massive player for us.
