it was stated in Norwegian press that a club in the Championship had expressed an interest in him to his club Rosenborg (this was a quote from a Rosenborg official), but they were unwilling to let him go before a replacement was ready.

In addition, in an interview with English media (think it was SkySports), Iversen stated that he would like to return to England.

I haven't read a reliable source confirming that Norwich is the club who are after him...
