Celtic and Rangers playing in the premier league

would never happen because Celtic and Rangers would never qualify for Europe again. They wouldn't even necessarily survive, they may be able to pull off the odd decent european cup run but they wouldn't survive week in week out in the premier league.

I think it would be quite funny.
