Rangers at least

flies the union jack,sings the national anthem,and backed our boys in NI,when teh troubles where at their height! They even fly the NI flag which is a version of the st george cross. Also they are proud to be BRITISH!
Where as celtic is just a irish team in scotland who hates the english, and often sang IRA songs,often included in the lyrics are references to Bombing the british scum, to which rangers fans retaliate with a reminder of a previous battle where the ira came unstuck.
So if i had to choose between celtic and rangers, theres no choice...
