he is the main reason i changed my mortgage from the halifax to C&G!!! (plus the halifax suffered from "brand new customers only" syndrome and the girl working for them, once i complained that i'd be better off moving my mortage, advised me to "why not look at Chelsea Building Society AND the C&G, thats what me and my boyfriend done and we got MUCH better rates!")
