Didn't rate Gibbs to start with either...

...far too lightweight but towards the end of his term he showed some good touches and I think he could be a very good player. OUR youngsters are far inferior to the Premiership's youngsters and this is where we should be investing but unfortunately this is a long term objective as the current batch have been neglected and are not up to the task. Take Martin - very dissapointed in his development, Ched Evens was miles ahead and a much better player.

I think we have signed some very decent players this pre-season. Lets wait before we judge shall we?
