I am just hoping that Worthie sees Shacks as one of the first names on the team sheet and that he has wanted to see more of Flem and Doc to decide who should partner him. Frankly neither Flem nor Dc have impressed and if W?orthie was in any doubt about Shacks he should have been reassured by Shack`s assured display when he came on as sub in the Inter Milan game.
My one concern is that Worthie is prone to make barmy selection decisions . If he does intend to drop Shacks then, in my book, that would be the barmiest decision yet ( and one that would worry me greatly) . I am also concerned that Worthie does not appear to have concentrated on firnding a strong centre back partner for Shacks which should have been a priority particularly as the pre season displays of Flem and Doc have nt inspired confidence.
