i think one of the biggest + points of last season was seeing Shackell scream at Flemming and the rest of the back line 2 get further up the pitch after clearing the ball, it had been what we had missed nearly all season. The defence would just sit so deep, inviting the midfield to do the same, inviting pressure after pressure!! Shacks must play as hes the only defender we have got who will organise the line
