I've played there a couple of times

and would probably go more if work/family life allowed -playing online is just too damned convenient!
Tournaments are well run but I would imagine get a bit crapshooty towards the end (never got near enough to the business end of one to find out for sure!!).
Theres a ?25 freezeout on a Thursday and most of the other tourneys are rebuys. Fair share of loons but most of the other players are friendly enough, but as with most of these type of places you always get the odd one or two who think they're Phil Hellmuth!
