In the games I've seen with Charlton in midfield he has looked

the best player in all of them.... therefore he deserves a start there. I'm sure this is Worthy's thinking also.

Shackell to me has looked shakey so far but I'd still start him.

I think Worthy puts a lot of emp;hasis on what he sees everyday in training.
