I think you can definitely loan them...

from the Prem, and I assume from other Football League clubs (although that would be unlikely i'd imagine). They have to be for a half or full season though apparently, no one month jobs. Although i'm not sure if the half season is until the Jan window and the full one to the end of the season.

We need confirmation and we need it now!
