I only remembered it because I saw a programme about Hitler

and he had it, and the programme suggested the early stages of it by showing footage of him holding his right arm with his left, a little like crossed hands but with only one

On one piece of film there was voice recognition used and he was chuntering about his arm being in pain

Later with age, it obvious he was struggling with it

There's a machine developed years ago, and there was one hospital in the country at the time, which someone would sit wired up for half an hour and they'd keep still for a couple of days. Dunno how many more have been made since, and/or if it's now a revolutionary and ready available thing you can use
