I think the final piece of the jigsaw is the target striker.

It's the final piece, but also one of the most important pieces IMO. Hopefully it's taken so long to find someone for that position because Glenn realises it too, and he doesn't want to fall at the final hurdle.

If we could get Rasiak I think we'd have a great chance of the play-offs, however, I'd be less confident of that if we signed Howard.
