Because the last two managers were new to the job, one was successful but didn't have the experience of know how to get out of a rut
Similarly with Grant, after a steady start, once a couple of set backs kicked in, he was the same
Roeder's been in the same position in his career at a few clubs, but we've now got him older wiser and he's probably seen it all
Hence he was the man for the job in terms of survival, and now is the man for the job with contacts to take us forward
