It's just nice to be on the other side of t'fence sometimes.
What are you going to do with the cottage then? Leave it up and look for what you want?
Probably not all solictors advising that, though it makes sense to them.
If they can get enough people doing it, it'll spread the panic of falling prices and drive the market down.
If it goes low enough that'll make up for the tighter borrowing controls and higher interest rates, and get more people into the market.
More clients, more wonga for them.
