I have an iPhone 3G setup with Exchange

It all works quite well but is missing a few features such as MMS and the ability to send and receive contacts with other phones.

The email works well now although I don't do anything advanced with Exchange. My old iPhone worked great using IMAP for email.

The latest software is pretty buggy but this should get better as Apple develop the system and release fixes and new features.
