No, they don't.

They allow the police full access to an individual's usage history when the police go to them and say that one of their customers is suspected of it, but they don't proactively monitor traffic to find paedos. They can't - it's a logistic impossibility - there isn't an ISP in the world with the resources to monitor all traffic to identify paedos.
