Yes . If I cant assist a client I will if at all possible refer on based upon own knowledge or personal recommendation.

From your posts you clearly have a brain , are an NCFC supporter and pesumably live in Holland - three characteristics that would suggest that any recommendation you could make would be worthwhile.
