On the same subject, it annoys me how desperate people go looking for Doherty in any match report. He's a good defender and the masses should get off his back. The amount of times he's just blamed for a goal when wasn't his doing is untrue.

Yet a player who was having a poor season last, leaves and it's single most talked about thing all summer, even though he wasn't even in the running for pots
