they're saying that, contrary to all the current speculation, the club does in fact have the funds available to purchase Roeder's transfer targets and is not in a state of impending meltdown where they should be forced to accept an under-valued takeover bid.

Or maybe not.

Who cares, along as Roeder gets his new heroes on board.
