Big lunch today

Chicken Namom (Legs, boiled, coated in spiced breadcrumbs, deep fried then shredded) on Jasmine rice with Thai Chilli dressing (Chopped chillies fresh from greenhouse, chopped garlic and ginger, in white wine vinegar).

Home made fresh raspberry cream sponge with a blob of Cornish vanilla ice cream.

Nice cup of frothy coffee to finish. MMmmmmm
