New rules being brought in this season in Holland

Are these new FIFA rules or is the KNVB making it up as it goes along ?

* No player may line up less than 2 metres from a player making a throw in;
* NO Jewellery may be worn by players, whether taped up or not. This includes piercings and wedding rings;
* Swearing at a ref / official is mandatory red card (Rooney would be screwed);
* Mass protests - all players involved receive a minimum yellow card;
* Mandatory yellow card for slowing down quick free kicks (e.g. walking over the ball on way to wall);
