Can't see any reason why Croft would be frozen out. Regardless of

his McVeigh-esque hot/cold form fluctuations, he does, unlike the aforementioned pixie, actually make an effort.

Maybe he's carrying a bit of an injury.

Thought Bell was more central though ?
