RE Pants

Some decisions I don't agree with before the game. As far as Roeder went his IMO questionable decisions were poor. And we lost points as a result. I think he did 'lose the plot' a bit with some of the ludicrous formations. Blackpool at Home and Coventry away being two of the worst examples. And feeling the need to play some of the loanees.

As for Worthington, I actually think it was his awful signings that did for him. As well as a dreadful attitude towards skillful players.

As for Grant, I actually beleive he wasnt the worst. Jim Duffy was the worst thing that happened to this club and Grant as a manager.

As for Delia, I don't want to comment again here, but the ridiculous 56 million price tag badly backfired on the club. I also find it strange the value of teh club was reevaluated upwards when we were bottom of the CHampionship. I don't know what Cullum was offering, or what was negotiated if anything in that meeting I cannot comment.

I have never been happy with the ambition shown by the Boardroom. And feel it hindered every manager here. They have no ambition for the club and are happy with us mulling along in the Championship midtable

As for expectations, I expect us, with Parachute payments to be challenging for the play-offs. We werent even close. Subsequently I would have exp[ected us to at least be mulling along in mid table, not relegation battlers. IMO 16/17 position is a failure for NCFC.
