I don't think any true fan of NCFC can criticise Delia too harshly...

She came in at a time where the club was on its knees, she made a huge difference and heck, even brought us some good times.

However, all good things come to an end, people pass their sell-by date, money runs out, and status quo breeds perceived stagnance and, in turn, frustration.

Of course Cullum has tried to use the media to get to the fans, in some ways he's been successful, in others he hasn't.

But anyone who can just brush off a ?20m transfer budget is also foolish.

Delia should get a deal which suits her, I wouldn't begrudge her of that, but if she's going to hark on in the press about how she'd sell for nothing if someone with ?20m for the squad came along, and then not be able to live up to that when the time comes, she has to expect some flak.
