If you look at it from Delia's point of view, Cullum getting the club "for free" is exactly what Cullum is proposing. Her shareholding is diluted down to a minority, so she loses control, and she personally gets no money at all. She hands over majority control for nothing (other than the pleasure of seeing NCFC having a budget for a change).

You would have to be pretty bloody saintly to go for that deal if you were in Delia's shoes.
