Tech help required please,

I'm trying to set my hotmail email up on my mac on the mac mail program. However i'm mighty confoosed as it keeps asking me what my smtp incoming server and outgoing server settings are, neither of which I know. If it helps i'm on a macbook pro running OSX Leopard and my ISP is O2.
