Todays news has been common knowledge for those in the know since the story of Callums interest first broke.

He has been told that he will only be able to add loanees to the squad (and specifically only short term loanees) he is not even able to add season long loans, hence the short term signing of Bertrand. The noises from inside Carrow Road (PR Dept) are that he will be leaving Carrow Road before the season starts.
There may be ?250,000 for a permanant signing. Perhaps.
