Look, your house is brightly painted but has no roof, windows or doors and the foundations are full of dry rot and I see there's been an awful lot of very poor DIY attempted in the last few years. And you're in negative equity, although you can clearly afford the mortgage. How about I pay now to put a roof on to stop the rain getting in and then more later to shore up the foundations and completely restore the property? In return I'll take part ownership and allow you to continue to live in it rent free.
