I went to see it last night

Jonny Depp is fantanstic. Question though:

I read the book when I was younger (a long time ago) and I thought the other 4 kids died. Am I just scewed up in the head?

Thought the ending was took artistic liscence a bit too far but when you look at it still makes a good ending.
